DESCRIPTION
The VHS series exploits the drop out, a gap in the magnetic oxide on a videotape, to produce colorful, hallucinatory patterns. Formerly the bane of tape operators, the horizontal lines interrupting the signal of an old VHS tape become the site of aesthetic transformation.
